Full Version: Help, color-filling glass

One of the salesmen in my office brought me a glass award which looks to be laser engraved (75% sure) on the front and color filled black. We've been color-filling woods and other items but I wasn't sure of what to use on a glass award. I'm fairly sure shoe polish will not work (unless you guys know a secret) as nothing is there to actually absorb the polish, but would spray paint work or is this a project for Rub-n-Buff? The engraving is somewhat deep on the glass which makes me kind of hesitant on assuming it is purely laser engraved. Thanks for your help guys.

If it is not an image, you can get fairly deep engraving in glass with a laser. It can look almost like sand carved. (Not quite as smooth a finish but it can have depth.)

I would assume Rub-N-Buf or paint fill. Probably the former.
