You just MIGHT be the perfect candidate for the USPS flat rate boxes! If it fits, it ships at a flat rate any state......
The larger box is made to hold letter size items, 8.5x11, which would hold 6x9's, 8x10's and 11-7/8" x 3-3/8" x 13-5/8".

or just go to http://www.usps.com and search for flat rate boxes and then click on the box to see the size and rate.
