Its late and I dont have engrave lab on my home computer if you email me in the morning or call me at 215-887-8986 I will walk you thru it.. but you have to make a path to have it make an order to fill the areas you want..
Bill.. or Al.. is correct.. Bill at work.. I have used engrave lab for many years.. great program..

Bill, thanks for the offer... I'm unable to get at the computer with Engravelab for a few days.
However, the issue with this is select the objects by SWEEP (hold down the left mouse button and draw a square around the objects to select)or when I cut and paste from Corel Draw... it just doesn't want to fill the paths properly.

Varn,
The answer is in this particular case the "o" is just 2 circles and not an actual font. Most likely an imported file or a trace. In any case, you have found the answer, connecting the path is the right way to go.
