Its late and I dont have engrave lab on my home computer if you email me in the morning or call me at 215-887-8986 I will walk you thru it.. but you have to make a path to have it make an order to fill the areas you want..

Bill, thanks for the offer... I'm unable to get at the computer with Engravelab for a few days.

However, the issue with this is select the objects by SWEEP (hold down the left mouse button and draw a square around the objects to select)or when I cut and paste from Corel Draw... it just doesn't want to fill the paths properly.

Ok... lets try this... I just drew two circles one inside of the other.. I used the left mouse to select both items... then up to (cut) and in the fly out box is a choice to create a tool path.. if your using a diamond or a cutter instead of a lazer then this is the way to do it.. you will have to pick a cutter style to let it fill the path the way you want... if your using a laser it would be easier to call me.. hope this helps..

Varn,
The answer is in this particular case the "o" is just 2 circles and not an actual font. Most likely an imported file or a trace. In any case, you have found the answer, connecting the path is the right way to go.
