You must remember that I used to be the general manager of a country club. It had two full kitchens, a banquet hall, two bars, three dining rooms, two meeting rooms, etc. There isn't much cuisine I haven't heard of. I've coordinated plenty of food-related events. The answer to your question, potato pancakes.
I appreciate your flexibility with the menu. :S

I truly wanted this to be the list for 2008..I dont want to spoil your party

However..
for those that are thinking ahead...and truly will commit to next year..
add your names... :-)
Our plan is to go to Las Vegas , with Jackson Daisy and Lara then head over to NY again, Niagra Falls, Then down to Florida...we would love to touch base with as many people as we can..then back to LA..then home.
we are still a little flexible with the plans so If anyone can illustrate the benefits of other places we will give thyem due consideration... B-)
