I've made some badges for some of the people who couldn't attend Las Vegas.
I'd be happy to make one for you.

I'll be sending the badges to Gary Shoemake, with the exception of a couple that I'll be sending to the recipients directly.
Unless plans have been made for our folks to meeet up, I'd suggest that arrangements be made with one of the exhibitors, as a central place of distribution.

Just got off the phone with the folks at ARA. There are no more passes such as the ones I recieved. It was an inducement for me to renew my membership. According to the young lady I spoke to, she did leave the phone to check on it for me, if you preregister online or by phone it will cost $30.00 at the door, or as they term it on site it will be $40. I'm sorry that I don't have better news.
Those that are attending, can you give me an idea as to your schedule, so I can arrange a place to meet so that I can get your badge to you?

Gary,
I just called Mike at Kamark. He would be more than happy to have all the badges left at his booth for pickup. They can be shipped directly to him or you can send them to me & I will drop them off to him. He is 15 minutes from me. As an exhibitor he will be there when the show opens.

Here's the first step in creating the EE name badges; the sublimation transfer.
I'll chronicle the start-to-finish process, in a tutorial, "Anatomy of an EE Name Badge" in another thread, once I've completed these.
As you can see, I have room for more names, for those attending the Atlantic City show. :-)

Through the contacts of Dee and Harvey (Thank you) we have arranged for those that are attending the Atlantic City show to pick your badges up at the Kamark International exhibit. Ask for Mike. If there is anyone else that plans on attending and desires a badge tomorrow is the cut off for David to make them and get them to the east coast in a timely manner.
Thanks for your interest in the show and I'm looking forward to meeting some of you there.

I am still working on trying to get there. I have a friend that might go with me, but if I don't get to it, I will try and get to the one in September, so if there is still time to make a badge for me, I would like one. If not, I will request one for the September show.

I really want to go, I just don't know about the drive yet. But hey, I am a big girl right?? I guess going alone wouldn't be that bad.
