Jeanette - There's a reason why we call you "The One and Only": You are a truly wonderful person. **Cody attempts not to get too mushy.** :)

No, you are never overbearing.

The person I was referring to is Geoff from the Rayzist booth. Another salesperson (Monica) had started giving us a demo of their product on Friday, and this guy (Geoff) just butted right in...telling us about all the equipment he had in Australia. Monica was very gracious about it, but I couldn't help but think she was a bit irritated about the interruption as well. We visited with her on Friday, and then again on Saturday. We'll likely buy some laser resist from her very soon.

Please don't allow these "negative" situations that I've brought up to make you think that our experience at the show was negative. Nothing could be further from the truth!! Simply put, these simple situations were the ONLY "negative" things about our entire trip (well, except for the fact that we left a piece of luggage on a courtesy van in Dallas....but that's another story for another time).

I did fill out a survey sheet after the class, and I pointed out my disappointment with the 3rd segment. That being said, I would expect to be back in that class again next year to glean more information from him...it's clear that he is TRULY an expert in his field.

Hi, my name is Phil Noakes and I am the National Sales Manager for Rowmark. I want to thank you for letting me and my associates join your group at Quarks last week. We had a wonderful evening, and Old Man had to put up with our wind down from a day in the booth.

Harvey and Dee made us feel so welcome and everyone was so friendly to us. Thank you.

We offer any and all help we can to your forum, and I will do my best to be here as often as possible.

You are all welcome to come visit us anytime, thanks again for your business and for your support.

Phil

Steve,

Of the moderators, I was the only one left behind. I won't bore you with the details, but in some of my other Vegas posts I explained way.

I am making plans for 2006 now!

I don't know what happened a couple of years ago, but I thought the folks at Quarks did a pretty decent job, given the fact that, they only had about half an hours notice that we were coming.

The waitress, was the one that suggested she shut down the back area for us which I thought was a great idea. I think regardless of where we end up next year, it is hard to have a mix and mingle in a restaurant, so I would agree with David Lavaneri, that we find a small room and maybe all pitch in for an small snack buffet and no host bar.

Either way it was just a great time and experience, and we have a year to pull it together for the next one.

Chuck

It is really good to see you visiting our forum!! I am sure I speak for everyone
when I say that we glad you and your group joined us.
Your booth was an inspiration of everyone. Toni and I really enjoyed
eating supper with you on Wed. night. Be sure and stop in the shop
for a visit the next time your home.

Old Man mentioned to you that lighter fluid story - I belive it was
I who told him that that seem to work best for us on the edges of
cut plastic.

Hope to see you back here soon.

Phil,

It was a pleasure to meet you in Las Vegas. I felt bad when you said you weren't aware of our new online home.

When we left Delphi Forums, I vowed to leave no forum member behind.

Happy you found us again.

One Putt? Hmmm...I think we'll have to get out on a golf course and put that name to the test :-)

With a name like that, I will gladly be his partner.

David,

I've been told I'm a dangerous 21 hadicapper. Not sure what that means :-)

There is nothing more scarier on the golf course than a dangerous 21 handicapper. I will take you as my partner.

It is snowing like crazy in Findlay Ohio this evening. I don't think I will get a chance to practice my putting anytime soon. That makes my wife happy, she can get me to do somethings around here.

Phil,

Would love to tee it up with you sometime.

People ask me if I play golf.

My reply? No, and I wish I could quit :-)

Phil: Does that mean you will be "putt"ering around the house?

Ed, why do you think the good Lord made and Home Depot/Lowes sells Astroturf in 6' wide by xxxx long rolls?

They are to unroll between the house and the shop or kitchen and living room....... and NO, do NOT use your wife's favorite LaLique crystal vase as the cup!
