Jim - I agree with James that you do need to thin the CerMark - I normally thin it quite a bit less than they recommend. Only a very thin coat of CerMark will give you nice black lettering. We use an inexpensive air brush
system. Nothing fancy needed to spray this stuff. Biggest problem is that it does separate out quickly and you need to be able to shake it up. I use a plastic bottle (they type you can buy at a Dollar store to dispense catchup or mustard) for mixing the CerMark - then pour into the small bottle attached to the air brush. If you are only doing a one of two small items, I would suggest you just use a foam brush - we do that for small single stuff and it works well. You will need to clean up the air brush system each time you use it. Hope this helps. Let me know if I can answer anything else.

Cindy - We use Pure Denatured Alcohol - bought from local Ace Hardware.
It lets the CerMark Dry out after spraying quickly. I do not have a problem with it evaporating in the container after mixing though. This is the recommended thinning agent.
PS: I do not recommend you take a shot or two of this if your having a bad day. ;-)
