Jeanette
We have purchased a few things from them and sometimes they are a little slow but, they have always come through.
If I am correct it is a family owned business. Have you customer ask for the owner when he calls.
A friend of mine who makes professional wood bats is considering buying the equipment to make balls as well.
But he has not come up with a good way to do the engraving of the stitches and lines on the balls.
GBOW has figured it out very well.
Good luck

Jeanette,

I don't know if getting to the top is going to get them anywhere. While I don't have any ownership information, I would like to share that I have done business with GBOW. My impression is that they are a very small and/or inefficient entity.

They do produce some very nice products that I have been able to incorporate into my higher-end sports awards.

On a couple of occasions I called to place an order during normal business hours. The person who takes the orders, I guess you would call them the "order-taker", was not there. The person on the other end of the phone would always tell me I needed to call back. What business has one person capable of taking orders?

On both occasions I was finally able to get in contact with the order-taker, placed the orders and received goods. Yes, I did share my displeasure about their customer service.

Considering that they are the manufacturer, they sure seem to keep their inventory levels very low. I have waited for weeks to get blank products.

It has been a few months since ordering from them, so I don't know if their business practices have changed. It sounds to me like "business as usual".
