Full Version: NH Orbiter-EP Module

Quite a while ago someone posted about being able to connect the EP Module to the Orbiter. We sent a few emails back and forth, then my computer had a fatal crash due to a Norton program.

I lost the email information and could not remember who it was.

I now have an Orbiter and an EP module that I can experiment with but need a little information of how to do it by someone who already has. [It will make life much simpler.] I already know that I need to change the motor fuse to a 6A SB. Any other hardware changes? Which program in the EP module works best? Which output machine from a driver program works best? I have a few ideas, but why reinvent the wheel?

Oh save me. I was just going to convert the unit when I had the hard drive crash. My HOLD folder of the email is there but totally corrupt.

I know it was switching two wires and eliminating one limit switch, but do not even remember if it was the X axis or Y axis that needed it.

Any help available. Big fishing trip here.
