Hey Hi Gang,

I just got off the phone with LaserBits about the arched card boxes I referred to in a different thread.
After explaining that the batch I ordered was warped and engraved differently on each box, they said send them back and we will replace them. Couldn't do that. I had to make them the best I could to complete the order on time. The CUSTOMER was satisfied, but I was not. ( I don't want to start out with inferior product or services).... Anyway, I mentioned this to laserbits and they said they would send me some anyway, to replace the bad ones. No questions.

Customer service like that is becoming more difficult to come by on a daily baisis.

Yea LaserBits

Chuck,

LB is not the cheapest around but Mike F. has always stood behind the products he sold to us; a rare breed indeed.

Dave,
Sometimes, the "cheapest" is not the best. With the kind of service and support they provide, the deserve to be a little more expensive.
Again, "value" is a larger factor in my opinion than "price" alone. With "value" one usually ends up getting more for their dollar, than buying on price alone.
LaserBits has a strong sense of customer service I believe, and I look forward to growing with them as they grow.

I am relatively new to engraving so I can't speak to price but on two occasions Laserbits has very pleasantly surprised me with their customer service they have replaced defective and damaged products with NO questions!! and they are NICE about it!!

Lenny,

Glad to hear you were taken care of.

That kind of customer service should be basic, but not all companies are created equal.
