Hi All,
I have a customer looking for 2 golf awards. I have attached a picture of each one he is looking for. I can not find the source for either of these. Can anyone help me out?

I sent you an email. As I mentioned, I don't recognize "Golf Award 1". However, we have used "Golf Award 2". It is from Crystal by Design in Arcadia, CA. Their toll free number is 888-358-8298. Otherwise it is 626-303-6060.
In their 2004 catalog, the award is on page 10.
