Ron,

I don't think this is a new phenomenon. A manufaturing company is much more interested in selling their equipment than buying it back. There is a much better chance of you maximizing the recapture of your investment on venues like this forum than trying to sell it back to the manufacturer or distributor. Remember, they will be offering you used-equipment wholesale on your equipment, where an end user will be paying you used-equipment market value. End users are not looking to resell it.

Could you provide us with more detail about what you want to sell so we can advise you of the best avenue to maximize the recapture of your investment?

It might also help to show were you are located; your profile is blank.

Grady Corp. in Crystal Lake, Il. also handles used equipment. You might want to contact Steve on Monday and talk with him. They are the Vision Rep. here in Illinois.

David,
Thanks for the response. You definately have that right on how the only thing they want is to sell you new. I've even called my rep and the factory, leaving a message with the people I believed thought more of my imput and ideas, to not have them return my calls. I will be posting some equipment for sell shortly.

Thank you,
Ron Strowger

Hello Dave,

I did not realize that I did not have this complete. I will upgrade when I am finished responding to you all.

Thank you,
Ron Strowger

Hello Mike,

Thanks for the heads up. I will look them up as I finish preparing my info lists for my equipment I will be selling.
