Does the money go to maintaining the web site you mentioned, and to research? (and to ... ?) You praised the web site, but didn't give its address.

Sorry about that. I actually just copy and pasted the mail out.
The website is www.komen.org. As I said in the post there will be more than 100 races this year through out the United States. All the donations from each race goes to the Susan G Komen Foundation for research and awareness. I would like to inform everyone that I will never post on here anything that only a part of the proceeds go towards the cause. Here is the part of the website that explains where the donation money goes. This location is in Grand Rapids, Michigan. I just finished a website the other day that you can use to make your contributions.

On this website you pay by credit card and the money goes straight to the Komen foundation, either on a weekly basis or once a month. It all depends on how the foundations set it up. This way everything goes straight to the cause and most people are more comfortable with that type of situation.
