Hi guys. I've had my internet access allowence cut back at work, which is why I've not been around for the last two months or so. Boss thinks too much time is spent doing things he doesn't see as productive, and he's keeping an open eye.

But I just finished this piece for the University of Virginia School of Engineering. They're getting a new building, and the recipient donated 10 million dollars to get them started. The piece is .5" thick laser-cut acrylic with edges taken to a satin finish by hand. The original artist's concept rendering of the building fills out the bottom, and the piece is secured to a walnut plaque base.

Sei,

Beautiful!!

I was wondering where you had gone. Now I have an answer.

Good to hear from you again.

Sei,

That is some great work. I am sure it will inspire some creativity among the rest of us. Thanks for sharing.

On another note, I thought maybe you and Chuck had eloped. I am relieved to hear to the contrary, for your sake.
