Full Version: Gravostyle Crash

Anyone else have the problem of GravoStyle98 crashing? What happened was when I went to open the program, instead of the usual screen and "noise", all I got was the materials set-up window and nothing else.. Had to delete and re-install the program.. Anyone have any clues as to why this might happen? The program was working fine the day before.

I have 2 IS400s and I have never had that happen.

It sounds like one of the .INI files got corrupted.
I hate to have to reinstall, but it is that way with a lot of programs.
Sometimes just rebooting the computer will work.

Yeah, tried re-booting, but no dice.. Had to call tech support and they walked me through it... Starting with the next year's warranty, they're not covering the computer itself... they say they're not in the computer business.. makes sense, I guess, until you have a problem that's computer related..:(
Oh.. I should have stated it in the original.. It's an IS400 machine...

Not covering the computer, unless it was purchased through them, is one thing.
But they should cover problems in the software that they supply to run the machine.
That said, there are many here that are experts on that software. A few of us are also very good on computers. You can consider us your tech support for that.
