Thanks to the folks at Tropar. 6 plaques for our Wisconsin Duck & Goose Calling contest.
Got a call from Gander Mtn, the sponsor, and because he's nearby for the weekend at the Ducks Unlimited festival, he wanted to meet me there and get them. This is Friday @ 2pm. Open the plaques up to engrave, and one had a slight blem in the corner. Big enough to be noticed.
Called Tropar, and they next day air'd, saturday delivery a new plate, n/c.
I'm leaving in 20 min to deliver.
This is not the first time I've had a problem, with the amount of plaques we use from them, but ANY time there is a problem, it's solved instantly, and without question.

I've had similar experiences with my local Tropar reps. They always seem to hold to the mindset of keeping your business.
I have to say that Margaret at Tropar in Waxahachie, Texas has been absolutely awesome to work with. Even when I have only an idea of what my customer wants, she seems to be able to suggest exactly the right item for me. So far, everything she's helped me with has been a success...and she helps me to keep MY customers coming back for more.
