If you want the Version 9 CDR of this...
(the middle-lower piece is missing to get things started)
Next, I'm doing the old 1-15 tile shuffle puzzle, all square pieces.
I used 3/32" sheet maple, also alder and walnut (can swap pieces between them to change things up). Use 2 pieces stacked for main board.
Seems to slide well just using the laser kerf as space between them, but you may have to make some adjustments if that doesn't work for you.
