I recently opened an Engraving store in the mall here in Grapevine Texas. I bought my engravers from Brewersales from a fellow named Randy Allen. Acouple of days before Christmas my brand new Xenetech gift engraver went down right in the middle of the Christmas rush. Needless to say we were in a panic to get it going again. I talked on the phone with the Xenetech Tech Reps for a couple of hours trying to fix the issue but could not get it going again. Finally after Xenetech closed and I could not get ahold of them anymore I decided to try Brewersales. It was after hours and Brewersales was closed. I was really in it then I was refunding money for engraving jobs and turning others away. I decided to try and get a hold of Randy. I remembered that he had called me from his cell phone when he came to set up my new Xenetech. I got online to check my cell phone records and found Randy's number. Well Randy left his house immediately and headed to my store and within a short period we had found the problem (Bad Proximity Switch) and luckily he had a spare one. A little while later I was back in business and Randy went shopping at the mall. At closing time he came back buy with bags in his hand just to check on us and make sure everything was still working.
Class Class Class
The world needs more people like Randy Allen and the people at Brewersales.

Sonny,
The once-company-name of Brewer Sales, is now "Engraving Concepts."
The name changed, but thankfully, the people didn't :-)
You're not alone in your admiration. We receive many "good reports" from satisfied customers of Engraving Concepts, and even a few from people who aren't customers, but have benefited from the knowledge shared by the company.

Thank you for the kind words about Randy. We really appreciate your post ... but PLEASE, PLEASE don't tell Randy's wife he was just getting around to his Christmas shopping two days before Christmas! :O

Sonny,
We have an Epilog laser and a Xenetech 912 that we got from Brewer Sales / Engraving Concepts. There have been several times that we had issues - many were simply user errors - and Roy & Randy have NEVER let us down.
They've been faithful to follow up on every single call just to make sure that things are going well.
We love these folks!
