This company needs to get shut down. PERIOD! They should not be allowed to come out with anything new until they can correct the problems they have on their items at this time. I have finally gave up on trying to fix my swing away press I bought from them. Before I ordered it, I called and asked them if they had fixed the wiring problems. They lied to me and said yes they had a very small problem but it was mostly just ONE dissatisfied customer. Again, they LIED to me and sold me a $1,000.00 BOAT ANCHOR! I have the press with all the burnned wires, fuselinks, etc...

What part of "small claims court" don't you understand?
If they shipped it to you, it is considered interstate commerce.....

Wouldn't I have to go to their state to sue them? If I can sue them here, I will file it Monday morning, first thing!

I'm not an attorney, but you might want to talk to your local DA and get a free opinion from them. You (generic) DID elect them in most towns and cities.
Or maybe a lawyer friend (is there such a thing as a friendly lawyer?
:S ) who will give you a quick opinion for a beer or two.
