I was thinking of stick-ons for keychains of awards. It will be fine for awards, they do not get abused.

It was one of those things, "This is neat, now what can I do with it?"

If the question is why do I have sign vinyl, I unsuccessfully tried to add that to my product line.

Scotchcal on the white and something else on the bright chrome. My settings are at work, but I think it was, from bottom up:

plain paper
tan teflon sheet
vinyl op
transfer down
cover whole vinyl with the transfer ( or at leats all of the finished size)
plain paper
1/16" green pad
300 deg. F. for anywhere from 2-3 minutes
peel cool

No online ordering, sorry. The Wraps and OEM toner work well, especially with the matte glazed mugs (uncoated).
I have not specifically tested the engravable plastic, but HDPE (high density polyethylene) is the only plastic tested so far that doesn't work. They should be no problem I am thinking.
