Color Filling FRP Plastic

To color fill engraved FRP is simplier than most other materials:
  1. Engrave at about .004 depth with a flex bit, if a little color still shows, (not often), re-engrave at .006.
  2. Get a sharpie or good marker and fill in the letters.
    • If done fast almost all of the fill will just wipe off the surface. If not faintly moisten a paper towel with alcohol, I use denatured alcohol just because it is easy and cheap. Alcohol will usually clean every bit of sharpie off an item, but on the UnisubFR it just wipes off the surface, what is inside the engraving remains untouched for some reason. Black is great, red is not bad. I have not checked out the other colors

That's all folks.
