we make seals all the time.. I dont use corel but should be similar to engravelab... If you would like I could email you the rope style edge in corel.. we make Rubber stamps also.. but.. once the male image is made. using black background with white text duplicat the image and mirror it then reverse it.. next make the background white with the text black.. this is now your female image.. next apply an .010 black outline on the female image (this maked the female a bit thicker) forgot apply a red outline for cutting out the dies in a vector format. the power settings for a 30 watt laser are raster 100 power and 25 speed at 500 ppi the vector cut will be 75 power at 2.4 speed with 200ppi using delran you should order your seals with a laser spacer.. .11inch thick.. suppliers like M&R marking sell them along with the embosser.. thats about it.. if you need more information email me.. Hibberts@netreach.net... just remember to always have some sort of broken edge (rope style or dots etc.).. or you will have the empression cut the paper out..
