Full Version: Monitor shot?

I plugged it in and all I got was a clicking sound from it. Then again, it's 9 years old, so maybe it just gave up the ghost.

On an old CRT, you may be describing the sound of the internals expanding as it heats up. (If you're referring to powering it up.) If you're referring to plugging it into the computer, you may have an antique paper weight.

No, I tried one last time to just plug the monitor into a socket, not the computer, to see if anything happned. All is did was click, something which it never did before.
Staples, here I come.. hope they have the "easy button" there
