Jeanette,

Oh, multiple awards! Not surprising.

Didn't mean to shortchange him. :-)

Doing volume orders on a daily basis, the most important thing from a supplier is availability and even more important than price(but they are usually the lowest to, a bonus). If you can't get it you can't sell it no matter how much it is.

Some of my biggest headaches are caused by having something on display that is not available in large quantities in a day or two.

JDS is the industry leader in that area. If you order from their website, it tells you instantly if something is not available in the quantity you ordered at the warehouse closest to you.(it usually is) It gives you alternate locations that it is available at and allows you to choose the shipping priority and quantity from each location. It is amazing to me that the orders show up the next day without fail even if they were placed late in the afternoon the day before.

Other suppliers are very lucky that they do not carry everything.

The only quality problems I have had with there things are the piano finished plaques.

Your mother and father have done a great job raising a family. We want you to know you rank right up there with your father. The success of any organization is not a result of the actions of one, but the culmination of the quality work from many. Trust me, your efforts do not go un-noticed.

When we were leaving the ARA in Vegas the JDS rep for our area was on the same flight and he took the time to go over several things and was very interested in my business even though I am just a little guy.

Tom,

There are no "little guys"........ just future key accounts. ;-)
