I'm so livid I can't see straight so I'm venting here.
I subbed out a belt buckle job to Creative Casting in Texas. I don't believe I've seen their name on here before but in case anyone is tempted to use them - DON'T.
For the 3rd year in a row, I sent Creative a PO with the details of the order and included my credit card for processing.
Job was delivered, after I prodded it through their system to get them on time. Had to do some clean-up on them but that's mostly because I'm really picky.
Now here's the real fun part...THEY CALLED MY CLIENT ASKING FOR PAYMENT.
The client's name was on the buckle...with a phone book its not hard for them to get a number.
When I call them livid they had done this...their only response was, "well we couldn't get you by phone." Over the last week I've seen where someone from Texas was calling before business hours but a message was never left.
Needless to say - this is the last of my money they will see.

Hi Patty,
Sorry to hear about your bad experience subbing out with that Supplier. At the forum of distributortalk.com , they have a new Supplier rating that they have started. If you ever go that forum or would like to check it out, I feel you should also post your experience on that forum.

Patty,
If you ever need belt buckles in the future, we used Faro USA on a recent project for a very picky customer. They were thrilled with the product.
