Jer;
1) Import the BMP into CorelDraw and trace it.
-or-
2) Use CorelTrace to convert the BMP to a CMX and then import it into CorelDraw
-or-
3) Use Peter Bertrand (see links in the Links section under Bitmap to Vector art Conversion).
