How does everyone place the cone nails or rosettes on photo plaques? I've been placing them by hand but its rather annoying. Years ago I was in a trophy shop that had a piece of equipment that held the nail and with the push of a handle it was centered and inserted. I've looked at a few sites but can't find anything like it. Any ideas where to look or even what it's called?

A friend of mine has one. I believe it's called a "Tackmaster."
Very handy contraption.

Patty,
The Source / Wholesale trophy carries the magnetic TacMaster. On page 16 of their current catalog, goes for around $219.00 - every once in a while they run a little special on it.

Does anyone know where I can order a small amount of the cone heads and rosettes? I don't plan on using them enough to order them by the thousands like most sell them, so I'm just looking to get about 100 of each...for now.
Thanks,
Mike

Patty,
Thanks! I just got my JDS cat in the mail, so I'll take a look at it.

Thanks John,
I've signed up for a catalog and their weekly specials. It's not a "must have" item but after doing an order of 20 plaques, I'd love to find an easier and more accurate way of doing them. I'm very much in the mode of "work smarter, not harder."
