Hi Chuck,
How about an update on your new location. When is your grand opening? Are you going to wear a skirt or will we see Chuck in business dress? What is Hawaiian business dress anyway? (devil)

Will we get to see pictures?

Dee

Dee,
Thank you for asking...I was hoping the end of May....but it looks like the end of June now.......no, I will not wear my grass skirt......most likely for a formal occasion, it would be an aloha shirt ( sport shirt with tropical print) and slacks...but mostly business attire in hawaii....is slacks and a sport shirt ( if you are an attorney or banker) or shorts and a sport shirt if you are an engraver...or shorts and a tshirt for most other businesses......pretty laid back here.
Thank you for the inquiry...you and Harvey are on the short list of invitees....I hope you can make it.

Chuck,

You'll get a kick out of this. Randy went to install a laser for us a couple of years ago on Kauai. Standard Engraving Concepts uniform, in those days, was white dress shirt & tie. (Still is, but I'm getting daddy to relax the rules a little these days -- he, occasionally, wears Engraving Concepts golf shirts).

We received a "complaint" from the customer (tongue-in-cheek) about a week later. Seems that when he & Randy went to lunch, the rumor mill started up. OBVIOUSLY, the customer was in some sort of trouble since he was seen having lunch with his lawyer -- who ELSE but a lawyer would wear a dress shirt & tie on Kauai?!
