One of the things I like about this industry and this forum is how helpful everyone is, especially the suppliers......there are several here and we all know who they are, but today, I needed some help with a project, a technical issue really, and the only person I knew that I could turn to was Mike MacKenzie, from CEM Lasers...because I knew he would know EXACTLY what I was talking about and trying to do.

Even though I own a laserpro, Mike patiently helped me, TWICE on the phone to explain how to achieve what I wanted.....and I"m NOT one of Mikes customers......

THIS is the kind of folks we have here, and the kind of service they provide....

MAJOR Kudo's to CEM lasers for their help......

Mike also helped me today and although I do have the brand of laser Mike sells and services, I am on the opposite coast and can't be in a position to throw business his way too often, if at all, but he helped me without asking anything in return. Makes me feel much more confident and willing to attack the unknown, or the difficult, with this kind of help and suppport! It does give a "we are all in this together" kind of confidence!

More KUDOs to Mike! Someday I hope to be in a position to repay him.

Jim

Please just don't ask me to put on a pair of coconut shells and a grass skirt. That would be crossing the line everything else is debatable

Thanks, guys appreciate it.

I will weigh in here also...

Mike has been a huge help to me on many technical issues. I do own a Universal, but like Jim I am on the East Coast, not Mike's territory. Trevor from CEM has also been very helpful with a technical issue I had and sending parts.

THANKS to CEM!!!!!!!!!!

Mike,

You never know...

I didn't think Chuck would look good in a skirt, but he proved me wrong. I just hope he shaves his legs beforehand next year!
