That looks great!

I have two identical cell phones (one for my "regular" job, and one for my "fun" work). It's a long story, but my "regular" company just replaced my old one out of the blue, and what they sent me was exactly like what I already have. Big coinkidink.

Aside from their ring tones, there's not a way to tell them apart at a glance. So...I think you've just inspired me to engrave my "regular" phone with the company logo. I'll do the cover plate...not the battery.

I'll try to post a pic if it works...or even if it doesn't. ;-)

I've been wanting to do something on my Razr for months. I finally got around to doing it. Here it is.

I ran the spots first. That's when I noticed that the upper part (battery cover) is a different material than the lower part... and quickly raised the lid before I melted the lower part as it overlapped the line.

I ran the paw prints next with more speed/less power.

I'm also attaching a picture of why I chose the spots and paw prints. :-)

Phyllis,

Very unique.

At least it's the first time I've seen something like that.

I've been contemplating doing the front. My measurements on the back were pretty darn good for me. I figured if I masked the camera and display areas I'd be safe.

It would be much easier to just do paw prints since I could place them where I want them... and avoid the sensitive areas.

I'll have to work up the courage before I do it though. If I do, I'll make sure to post a pic!

Very pretty kitties! :-) Are they Bengals?

They are Ocicats--a mix of Siamese, American Shorthair, and Abyssinian.

I was never much of a cat person... always loved animals in general... but these cats have really made us cat people.

My husband was definitely NOT a cat person at all! But the first kitty did a major number on him! Now we threaten each other with a kitty custody battle if we ever get a divorce! lol

Ocicats - of course! I knew it was one of those "wildcat" names. ;-)

They are stunning. B-) Love the phone, too.

Nothing warms are hearts more than our kids & our pets. Our cat probably weighs more than the 3 of yours combined. He really shouldn't go by his name of "Little Kitty", but that's his name. He's just"big boned", it runs in his family. :-)

Impressive! How did you get the cats to stay still while you engraved the spots on them?

They have clearly been dye subbed - unless they were engraved and then color filled...
