I have to tell you about my conversation with the very nice lady that answered the phone when I called Quality One Engravers to place an order this morning.
When I asked if they took online orders, she said that they didn't yet, and that I'd need to fax my order in.
I said (tongue in cheek) that I thought Fred Schwartz was "cutting edge". Without missing a beat, she said, "Yes, but that's a different cutting edge."
Fantastic! That brought a big smile to my face.
Maybe you just had to be there...or maybe my sense of humor isn't what it used to be.

I just found out that the nice lady I spoke to on the phone was Cheryl...Fred's wife.
