Hi Gang,
I have had the opportunity to do business a couple of times with forum member Mark Dickens of Precision Laser Art in Tennesee (sp?).
There are not enough positive adjectives to describe the level of customer service I have gotten from Mark on both occasions when I ordered from him.
On my most recent order Mark went ABOVE AND BEYOND the call to make sure that I and in turn MY customer was happy.
ANYTIME I need the services of a 3D engraver I will not look beyond Precision Laser Art.....
This only goes to exemplify the IMPORTANCE of good customer service...Precision Laser Art has a customer for life....
