I can't get Tropar to answer their phone. I tried both the Texas and California locations and no luck. I was within the desk hours so I don't understand the issue. Anyone else have luck?

No idea, but I sent a fax today and it went thru............now I hope the order gets processed. :S

I tried again today and they answered. They could only say the end of the day was really busy for them.

Well, I did receive my order from them today - so they must have been real busy when you called.

I fax in my order and it arrives the next day or the following day.
Much easier and they and I have a written record of what I ordered.
