You hit the nail on the head; it is an an absolute fact, PEOPLE BUY FROM PEOPLE. You don't buy from a company, you buy from that friendly voice that answers the phone and takes care of your needs, or the salesman who goes out of his way to get you what you need. When you find people like that, you don't shop for pricing anymore because you realize the intangible benefits you are getting now are worth more than a few cents on a sale. How many times have you had a bad experience with someone on the phone and decided you will not do business with that company again. It was not the
company that ticked you off, it was a person.
