I have been trying to email the attached files to a vendor and am told she cannot open them. She wants the files in eps or ai version 10. I have exported the cdr file to ai ver 10 but she still cannot open.
Attached are the files including the cdr file.
If you are using AI and CAN open the file could you please save it in the native AI version 10 format and email to me at
apawards AT hawaii DOT rr DOT com
Thanks
I edited this because I converted the text to curves to preserve the font.

When you export to ai form coreldraw, it lets you choose MAC or PC.
Most pros use MAC's, just because they were ahead of the graphics curve
in the beginning so most stuck with it.
This ai file exported for mac opened in my ai version 9 on a pc also.
Let me know when you get it so I can remove it before the bandwidth police show up.
attachment removed before bandwidth police found it . .. ha haha

John,
Got it. Thanks. Do you think it will open with version 10?

Speaking of incompatibility, turn about is fair play.
One of our ASI people keeps getting eps files from some customers made on a pc.
He has a MAC with adobe CS and cannot open/import the files. ha ha ha
The bad news is now he bothers me all the time to import them easily into coreldraw x3 and down version and MACitize them. Just one more thing to do.

MACitize? Very good.
I emailed your file to my vendor. We'll see.
Thanks

Dave,
Thank you for your help. Your conversion in Illustrator CS2 to version 10 did the trick. Thank you so much.
