Full Version: Add Klitzner to the list

One of the organizations I do work for orders a particular pocket badge which I get from Klitzner. My contact from the organization contacted me late Friday ordering for their investiture today (Thursday).. late on their part, but not impossible.
I called Klitzner on Monday 9AM, bright and early, and asked that the items be sent out that day. No problem, I was told.. Wellllllll, I found out today that the items didn't go out until Tuesday and would be here on Friday. Yeah, thanks a lot...
Fortunately, they're able to wait for the badge distribution, but even so... I'd been pitching a perfect game...

They are a factory-direct company to many fraternal and civic organizations. They are really more of a retailer than a wholesaler.

As a follow-up...
I called on Monday, after not receiving shipment on Friday. The CSR said that the order had been shipped on Thursday (not Tuesday, as I had been told), but they shipped it next-day air.... Additionally, UPS dropped the ball because they had the package on the truck for Friday delivery but somehow missed it.. so it didn't get here until Monday... actually, UPS delivered it while I was on the phone with the CSR.
I had asked for a manager to call, but... well, you can figure out the rest, which is why I'm writing this.
