Hey! Hey!

Don't remind me. I'm 3,000 miles away. :-)

Ya gotta go to Phillips and get the premium crab cake. Not much breading. Just chunky crab.

Ooof!

How was the show?.. we were planning on going, but the weather became bad and I didn't want to spend 4 hours driving in the rain.

Hey all!!
Just got back from Baltimore. Phillips has THE best crab cakes anywhere.
This was my first NBM show and also as we know, the first time the show was in Baltimore. I live about an hour and a half away. The awards and custom gift portion of the show was way smaller than the other 2. (and maybe it usually is)
I came away with a few good tips and ideas but that was about it. Living only an hour and a half away, I can't say that I would go back.
I'm not sorry I went but my time is better spent in my shop.
(as far as the show goes)

Now, I had the rare opportunity to have dinner with Buzz and his lovely wife and that made the trip worthwhile!! They are fantastic people with not only fabulous business ideas but great taste in seafood!! LOL I got more education from that dinner than from the whole show.
Thanks again guys!!
Becky

Becky,

Some trade shows are better than others, but the opportunity to meet people in our industry (and from EE) is always there, and usually worth the trip in itself.

Ohhh, those Phillips crab cakes! :-)
