Has anyone used their settlement from the Epson Class Action Lawsuit?
My C82 has bit the dust (again) and I've already had it in once for repairs. I was thinking that I would get a different model (C66 perhaps) with my $45 settlement amount.
Does anyone know how to access the E-store? I went to Epson's site and went to the store area, but I'm not sure I'm in the right place to use this settlement amount or not.
Any advice would be appreciated if anyone else has already gone down this road.

Have you gotten your codes to use yet?
I have 22 printers that were eligible for the settlement, I am still waiting to hear from them.

I have my codes, but I was reading on a blog about this and it appears Epson has not yet activated the codes, and won't until later in the year. So no one can take advantage of their settlement yet.
I only have two Epson's. Since I can't use the settlement now, when I need to, I probably will have my printer needs met by another name before they activate the codes. Probably go back to HP. I happened to get a really good deal on a black ink only Samsung Laser printer ($100 rebate) and so I hooked that up for now (beautiful printing). But I use a lot of color on this particular computer, so will have to either get a color only or just another bk/col combo laserjet.
I've been reading up on laser vs inkjet and I may go with a laser printer next instead of the inkjet. I get my cartridges at Costco for a good price for my C82 (in fact, right before this printer went out I had just installed all new cartridges), but from reading about this, it appears the laser is a better printing bargin, and boy have the prices come down.
Anyone need a broken C82 with new cartridges? You pay the shipping and you can have it.
