I created this today, including designing in Corel. Went smoother than I thought. The bad part will be tweaking the fingers for a better fit. I might just opt for stickier glue. ;-) 

I made a rectangle, then added .25" squares (snap and duplicate) then either welded or subtracted. The corners were the hard part to imagine. I can be more specific about designing if someone's really interested.

it measures approximately 9x12 (can't remember exactly after tweaking). And I screwed up by making it slightly too big, so all the pieces don't fit on one page. One piece is on page two (I was CLOSE though). I didn't want to redo it, so you'll just have to find a scrap piece for the leftover part like I did.

Wow it looks nice. You did a good job. This gives me a few ideas on somethings I have been needing to make, I might have to get to work on those now. Thanks for the inspiration! :-)
