Do you have a web site that lists the equipment?
I came across one that seems to be a franchise.
Do you already have a specific product(s) in mind?
What experience do you have with graphics programs?

Since it sounds like you have an existing business, there are most likely much better avenues for you to persue in adding sublimation. Although I have no first hand knowledge of this particular program, there are many like it geared to the first time business owner. If you are already involved in engraving or a similar awards/trophies/personalization type business, you're already half way there!
I always recommend doing your homework thoroughly before jumping into something like this and be sure to compare equipment from other sources (disclaimer, we do not sell heat presses and printers) such as Alpha Supply in Nashville. Jack and John are excellent with service and won't sell you equipment that you may not need based on your goals. You can always add as you go.
Between this site and EE's sister site DSSI, there is a wealth of information at your fingertips and many experienced folks to help. I don't doubt that sublimation could prove to be a very worthy add-on for you and you'll face enough obstacles along the way. No sense in putting a costly one in front of you at the onset.
