Full Version: JDS Trophy Quality

We are looking at possibly buying some Inst-Awards from JDS. These are on page 121 of our catalog and the part numer is AW1013. We were wondering if anyone has bought these and if the bases are heavy marble (or fake marble) or if they are lite plastic...Also, do the snap in figures hold snug or do they move around feel like they are going to fall off?
We would be getting these for a little league football team so they want to keep the cost down. Any other ideas would be appreciated as well.

Mike,
The bases are real marble, the column is nice but we used the Blue and our hands were looking like a Smurf after we were done. I told customer service about it and they said they were correcting the problem in the next shipment, (it really did not affect anything except the trophy builder) so I will use them again when the time comes.
The figures do sometimes feel like they want to come off, you have to install them correctly so you don't break the flange on the figure as you are snapping it onto the base.
All in all, they make a nice award for the teams that are on a low budget.
Since they come in 5 sizes and 6 colors, there are a lot of combinations available.
