Here is an acrylic plaque I just sent out the door.

Heart.jpg

It was a typical rush job. The customer ordered it about 5:30 last night picked it up at noon today. It is a 2 piece deal, bottom piece is 15 x 15.

Heart2.jpg

Part of the graphic is on the bottom piece and part on top. Put together with acrylic dowels.

Customer was happy, she gave me a $35 tip.

At times a JPG and Internet Explorer 6 do not get along. There have been a few in the past and John has looked at them and found nothing wrong, but....

When I try to open them nothing happens, then when I click on a thread link nothing happens but the thread gets marked as read but never pops up. It only seems to happen in IE. Closing IE then re-opening it fixes the problem until you click on that picture again.

You CAN view it safely by right clicking on it and selecting 'View in new window'.

I think it happened after a Window's update.

Dave,

I embedded Jame's photos into his original post.

Try it now.

James
Very nice work. Would you mind sharing your secrets for doing such a nice color fill.

Mike, There is not really any trick to the color fill. Make sure the engraving is pretty deep then using a piece of cardboard I spread the paint on, let it dry then remove mask. If I need it to dry quick I put it back in the laser with the exaust running. This dries it quick.
