You sould be able to cut out simple designs on any computerized rotary engarver. I use either a spiral cutter 4-5 passes or a FLX cutter with a 30 degree clearance . 4-5 passes slow feed . high RPM

How complex is the design?? trophy brass....aircraft aluminum. ?

I only need 3-3" brass discs. You did some for me in the past. I was thinking maybe I should try to do it myself so I can learn something new.

Which cutter should I buy and which is the easiest way to do it???

I can also order them from ID plates but hated to order 3 discs, is it worth the hassle to do it myself??

No, it does not look like they have a web site............ I just got their catalog and they carry a full line of 3-D figures to put on plaques that look like they are carved out of wood, but they are some kind of resin, I think. They just refer to them as "Wood Look".

They also carry the Continental XR line of medals and die cut all kinds and shapes of metal plates. Here is their catalog cover.............

PS: They do have a minimum order amount of $25.00 listed in their catalog, sorry for the incorrect information earlier. :-$

Welcome to the forum and thanks for joining the conversation.
