I am going to have to do that. I will be at the store and kiosk all next week. If I can just remember to do it this time.
I get distracted by constant emergencies and forget.

Carl, Harvey.
Thanks to your input I did figure it out. Not sure how I did it (on 2 machines!) and wasn't sure how to undo it ... so I had to do the F8 treatment.
(I didn't know about that either)
Gee, it's amazing what you can learn when forced to :-)
Thanks again everyone.

I have been trying to figure out how to do this on my own but sometimes can not see the trees for the forest. how does a person do this?
Thanks,

James;
There are several ways to get there in version 12 (don't know about the other versions):
Right click on your Toolbox toolbar (usually located on the left side of your screen) and select Customize>Workspace>Export Workspaces. Click on each of the boxes and select Save (or e-mail if you want to e-mail yourself a copy) Save the file somewhere where you will remember. The desktop will work, but the workspace tends to be a large file. Including a date in the filename is a nice touch.
You can also get at it by Tools>Customize then click on Workspace at the top of the list. Then click on Export, click all the boxes and click on Save........
