I used to have a toolbar (not really a toolbar, but not sure what else to call it) that was on the righthand side. It had loads things like transformations, centering text, etc. etc. but it disappeared on my and I can't figure out how to restore it. Is there a way to easily get the "default" settings back?

Thanks!!

To restore ALL of the default settings, hold the F8 key while booting Corel. This works in Draw and Paint separately.

Thanks. It's different (default) but not the way it was. I guess the default wasn't what I was looking for.

I'm not sure how the heck I got all those things over the the right side. It was almost a tabbed view of a whole bunch of stuff.

From the top menu line, click on Tools and then check whatever items you want to appear on the right side of the desktop.

Object Manager
Object Data Manager
View Manager
etc.

Also, under Effects:

Artistic Media
Blend
Contour
etc..

Is that what you were looking for?

Yes, thanks. I'm not sure how they were all there to start with when I didn't put them there....

You probably put them there unknowingly. For instance when you select 'Properties' on the newer versions, it pops up there. Then select another item like 'Transformations' and it gets added.

In X3, you can also click on WINDOW==DOCKERS. There's Toolbars as well there. i don't know why they don't use it under View, like every other windows program. Maybe it's a Mac thing.
