Hi I am new to the laser world and have been learning the corel 12 program and have a ULS 45 watt machine I am having problems engraving on black granite. I have made numerous pictures on wood and tiles but the black granite settings have me stumped. I am using the photo grav program. I dont seem to see a params for black granite in my settings and have been choosing gray. When I print the information it says I have chosen black acrylic. Would some one please give me some tips. Nancy,

Here is a photograv parameter that we set up for the ULS. You should be using a power setting somewhere around 15-25 speed 90-100.

Try this and see if it helps.
