If it weren't for the print merge I would just 'save as' a pdf and send that, but, the print merge feature only works when you are actually "printing" the job so I have to print to the adobe printer device.
That is how I think it has to be done, if you know otherwise, please let me know how you do it.

I must say that I've never tried to Print Merge to the Acrobat Distiller, but I've never heard of any issues.
A couple other possibilities that sometimes make Corel's Print Merge to do "wacky" things:
1. be sure nothing is selected when you Perform the Print Merge
2. do not print from the Print Preview screen.
The problems I've seen from the above cautions are not what you describe, but could be related.
I'd sure be interested in the solution/explanation if you come up with one.

Thanks Roy, I really appreciate your tutorials, they were exactly what I needed to do the print merge. I truly couldn't have done it without you!
I'll post again if I ever figure out what the solution is.
