Does this happen with all text or isolated typefaces?

I haven't determined that yet.

I'll have to go back and look.. .this is the 2nd time it's happend.

I use various fonts (monotype corsova, arial, time new roman, edwardian script)

Have you tried calling Vision?

It's difficult to say if it's a Vision issue, a Cadlink (Engravelab) issue or a glitch between the two.
