I think Russ is referring to an email sent through a member's profile. I don't see an attachment option there.

I thought I clicked on e-mail in your profile and I actually clicked private message. :-$ You are correct, there is no way to send an attachment via the forum e-mail.
If you use Skype, you can transfer the files to Harvey that way. His Skype screenname is in his profile.
