All,
I have seen embroidery on caps that have more depth, almost a 3-D effect. What process or equipment is involved in creating that look? Is this a patented process?

It's a very simple process. You lengthen the stitch line and sew over a piece of foam.

Jim,
I thought there might be some type of dense material behind the embroidery. Is there a substantial difference in charge for this type of embroidery? It seems like it would be more labor intensive.
